Boko-haram: Why Chibok girls are still in captivity - President Buhari speaks
 News photo Eagles News Media  - President Muhammadu Buhari has on Friday spoken on the remaining abducted Chibok girls that are still in captivity, as he attributed it to some setbacks in the negotiation between the Federal Government and the Boko Haram sect. Recall that the girls were abducted by dreaded Boko-haram terrorists from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno State, four years ago. Buhari said this in a statement made available to journalists by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu.
