The Borno State government has approved the sum of N200 million for the clearance of backlog of scholarships for indigenes studying in tertiary institutions across the country.
The Borno State government said it has released funds for the payment of backlogs of bursary allowances owed students from the state since 2013.
Ezekwesili recently joined the Global Advisory Board of Nexford University and also launched its scholarship programme named after her for Nigerian women to study in the next generation American higher institution.
